The journey of BJ groups commenced in the year 1940 by our founder Mr. T.V.S. Chandran. Beginning his journey as a bullock cart rider, he ventured into Lorry service (SCLS) and Food Products which he named “CHINNAMMAN”. In late 1980’s, the eldest son of Mr. T.V.S. Chandran & Mrs. Suseela Chandran, Mr. T.V.S. Babu, being the pioneer of innovation embarked on Manufacturing and Trading of Rice. This transformation paved way for them to emerge as a Rice Trader (TVS RICE TRADERS).
As they evolved in the field, Mr. Gowtham Babu, youngest son of Mr. T.V.S. Babu and Mrs. Jayanthi Babu took active interest in the family business. He stepped up and brought multidimensional growth in Branding and Marketing their Own Products “CHINNAMMAN” , “SUSEE’S TRADITIONAL” ~ “GOWTHAM” as Rice & Millet based products.
